About Us Central Smith Creamery was founded in the late 1800's where it's mainstay was the production of quality cheese and butter from milk supplied by local dairy farmers. In 1952, the Creamery began exclusive production of premium quality ice cream, and more recently incorporated a variety of sherbets and frozen yogurts. Here at Country Smith Ice Cream, we use only the finest dairy ingredients available and therefore produce a truly premium ice cream. Our methods of blending and developing every product is very traditional, thus ensuring the very best in body and texture.
